- 新增通过网络批量下载文件

- 新增TXT文件批量进行文件下载或者批量对IPA、APK文件进行处理
- 修改通过网络文件下载逻辑
- 修改文件下载时的文件命名逻辑
- 删除libs/task/download_task.py文件
